Just to catch you up quickly, after the rolfing, I was able to move so much
better I decided to try bicycling. I bought a bike and started riding with
a girl-friend. Soon I was doing 30 mile rides 2 or 3 times a week. The
girl eventually dumped me, but I kept riding. I now weigh about 175 pounds
(when you met me I was about 220). I can move so much more easily and feel
so much better about myself.
I feel great and I still ride the bike whenever the weather will let me.
Point is, I could not have started this before I was helped by the work you
did. THANKYOU!
