Experience change and joy with new freedom
through Rolfing®
Rolfing® Structural Integration is a holistic system of soft tissue manipulation and movement education based on Dr. Ida P. Rolf's work.

The traditional Rolfing® process consists of ten sessions, from superficial to deeper layers of tissues, and from localized areas of constriction to an overall reorganization of the physical body structure as a dynamic whole, 3-D, in gravity. It is quite common to experience positive changes energetically, mentally and emotionally.

Rolfing® works with:

  • Increasing Movement Efficiency
  • Back Pain
  • Neck, Shoulder, Arm Pain
  • Repetitive Stress Injuries
  • Poor Posture

"One individual may experience his losing fight with gravity as a sharp pain in the back, another as the unflattering contour of his body, another as constant fatigue, and yet another as an unrelenting threatening environment.

Those over forty may call it old age; yet all these signals may be pointing to a single problem so prominent in their own structures and the structures of others that it has been ignored: they are off-balance; they are at war with gravity." Ida P. Rolf, Ph.D.

Imagine - if you would be able to use 20 % less effort to maintain your structure or move your body - what could happen with all this extra energy?

Become athletically more efficient, reduce chronic stress, pain and fatigue, or "just" experience more vitality and joy?

Ida P. Rolf's revolutionary vision created Rolfing®, a realignment of acquired structural posture and change of dynamic movement patterns towards a higher order of efficiency and freedom. With 12 years of bodywork experience, I initiate changes in collaboration with my clients by a variety of techniques - which are applied to physical connective tissue and to low-level neurological movement adaptations.
